When the weather is good it's a pretty good alternative to beaches in Southern Europe and easier to reach from Germany and Poland. They need to develop more tourism and start welcoming other international people and it has the potential to become a hot spot for holidays in Northern Europe.
Baltic resorts in Poland are getting better, better and even better with time. Some 5 years ago, the Polish Baltic coast had this unmistakable gloomy post-Socialist atmosphere to it.
Now: excellent infrastructure, super-clean beaches. Thumbs up! Small town near the sea, designed to relax and have a good beach holidays.
Close to German border - accessible by foot in 30 mins, with a small historical center and several places of interest mostly related to WW2.
Ferry experience is interesting as it does not have other connection with the rest of Poland. Overall nice place to spend a relaxed holidays.
For anyone living in within a couple of hours drive it is a nice town on the seaside to escape to for a few days getaway. Nice big clean beach and food is good at the restaurants.
The hotels are also pleasant and a bargain. The whole building complex is very clean and modern with an nice looking architecture and infrastructure.
The rooms are very bright and spacious. Everything was clean and well organised. The staff was very friendly and helpful by answering questions about the city and we could use the aqua park near by with a discount as a Baltic Molo Appartment guest.
Notice we were here at end of June during the worldwide pandemic, but we had no problems here at all. Highly Recommended. The apartment is located in a close distance from Swinoujscie beach on a third floor in a three storey block of flats.
There is a security entrance and a lift. The apartment has two bedrooms, a large kitchen and a huge bathroom with a shower cubicle.
Additionally it has a balcony no sea view unfortunately. The keys need to be collected from another building on the same street but it is not a big issue.
The location just one block off the promenade is great. It just takes a 2 min. The apartment size, aside from the tiny bathroom, is good for one couple.

The parking is too expensive. We asked for rooms close to one another and they put us on different floors. Overall it was an unpleasant experience.
